Maintain current knowledge level of
new features and services of the Avaya Communications Managers
software releases. Serve as an advisor to end users of the
Administrative platforms and offer solutions for individual or

Server as a main point of contact for
installations, upgrades and services issues

Provide preliminary troubleshooting
techniques to diagnose issues associated with call routing to
include ARS, AAR and UDP

Survivable Servers and Local Survivable Servers as they pertain to
the Avaya platform.

maintenance services such as firmware upgrades, IPSI testing, ESS
and LSP provisioning and other related topics
