Sr.IT Audit & Outage management SAP and Database Max bill rate $95

Position  :   Sr. IT Audit & Outage management – SAP and DatabaseJob Description :

• Minimum 10 years of technical experience with 4 years in Audit/quality assurance, including 2+ years in a coordinator/lead role
• Looking for senior level Audit professional who has in-depth knowledge and experience with SAP and Database specific skills
• Plans audits, analyzes audit results and tests auditing procedures, and execute remediation’s. Determines and recommends improvements to current risk management controls
• Responsible Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly audit reviews and documenting the results with learning’s
• Work with external vendors, Internal audit/Risk advisory teams, internal auditors and develop the audit plans for SAP/DB platforms and work with IT operations, SME’s to execute the planned activities and deliverables
• Work with internal SAP Basis, DBA, Security and external Unix vendors and monitor, follow standards, and track the OS, DB, SAP system level changes and maintain the records
• Job accountabilities include the SAP, Non-SAP infrastructure, platforms, and operating procedures in accordance with established standards for efficiency, accuracy, security and risk mitigation
• Evaluates IT infrastructure in terms of risk to the organization and establishes controls to mitigate loss
• Provide ongoing engagement with customers for the scheduled outages, audit plans and communications to business and IT internal management
• Project management experience in outage management which includes managing the end-to-end planning for OS Patching of servers, application down times, Database and mid-range platform down time planning
• Ability to generate and manage outage status reports before and after scheduled outages, run the outage meetings, generate meeting minutes, and follow-up on outage notifications
• Ability to handle complex outage schedules, dependencies and work with customers for approval process to execute the system outages

Minimum Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 10 years directly relevant work experience
• Technology skills include SAP Basis, Oracle DB, SQL DB areas of audit experience
• Looking for candidate should have well technical toolsets experience with Share Point, MS Project, Visio, Office, and Project management tools
• Works independently and lead/coordinator experience to efficiently deliver the planned activities
