Senior BI BSA - 1 year- (Rate OPEN Negotiable)

We are looking for Lead BI/BSA .

Direct client in Beaverton (Portland Metro) OR.Duration: 1 year. Senior BI BSA

Success in designing and facilitating requirements elicitation sessions including use of interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process outcome modeling, personas, user centric design, customer and user ethnography, task and workflow analysis

• Successfully elicit  from appropriate suppliers all forms of requirements (e.g. functional, performance, usability, compliance, regulatory, technical)
• Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Waterfall or Lean/Agile delivery environment
• Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
• A consultancy approach to your work
• Passion for being the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
• 5 years experience of writing diagnostic SQL queries
• Experience with Oracle databases preferred
• PL/SQL experience is a plus
• 3 years of COGNOS/Business Objects/Microstrategy report authoring
• A solid understanding of data warehousing concepts
• past experience in business intelligence projects
• A passion for Business Intelligence
• Ecommerce experience is a plus
• Global  support experience is preferred
  
  5-7 year experience in a BI environment. Preference given to candidates that have COGNOS , SAS, Oracle in their skill sets. Must have experience in Data Warehousing. Must be familiar with AGILE methodology, particularly story cards. Communication skills are a premium.
  Ecommerce and/or website experience is preferred. CRM experience such as dealing with  vendor would be a major plus.
