Bring your marketing expertise to this strategic role where you will:
- Oversee the development of integrated marketing plans, product marketing plans, and messaging strategies for all internal clients
- Act as an integrated marketing champion with clients and departments throughout the organization
- Ensure that marketing plans are delivering against sales and retention goals
- 12+ years of senior marketing strategy leadership experience in a world class marketing organization with a proven track record of developing integrated marketing plans that drive sales and business results. (Healthcare/Health Insurance industry experience strongly preferred)
- Experience working proactively with business sponsors and partners to identify and implement solutions
- Expertise in marketing strategy, management principles, strategic and operational planning, project implementation and performance monitoring, and financial analysis
- Knowledge of marketing research, consumer insight development, translating research and strategy recommendations to actionable recommendations, brand management, and messaging strategy development
- Project management skills in the execution of large-scale projects including effective planning, organizing, and administration of multi-functional work responsibilities
- Proven success in establishing specific deliverables for project staff assigned to large scale, complex project / program with proven problem-solving skills
- Success at meeting budget, timelines, and requirement targets and managing variances
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills with a client- service orientation
- Advanced Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

- Mentor and develop marketing strategy and marketing plan management skills in others
- Think out-of-the-box and generate creative solutions that deliver on business and sales goals
- Negotiate for competing resources and generate consensus among multiple priorities
