Hardware Validation Engineer

Yoh has a 12 months contract opportunity for a Hardware Validation Engineer to join our client in Portland, OR.

Job Responsibilities:

• Hardware Validation Engineer will be the key technical contributor to both the platform components and of a fully configured Hardware level validation.
• Hardware Validation Engineer will be working in a cross functional teams, including SW engineering, Marketing, SW/FW developers and various Validation teams to develop Hardware test strategies, test plans, and perform test execution to verify product functionality and product requirements.
• Hardware Validation Engineer will debug, root cause, and resolve issues as they occur.

Job Qualifications:

• Four plus years of experience as a Hardware Validation Engineer
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related major.
• Linux / networking experience, specifically Red Hat and SUSE OS Environments.
• Adept with testing on a Hardware / functionality level up to end-to-end with manageability software.
• Signal Integrity experience at the motherboard level.
• Experience with BIOS, busses and communications platforms.
