- Proven technical interviewing skills in the Information Technology environment.
- Demonstrated functional/process interviewing skills in the business environment.
- Modeling of processes, requirements, verification of deliverables.
- Requirements engineering and software development life cycles.
- Ability to define team and charter – specifically short and long term goals.
- Experience to promote adopt IT maturity model (e.g. MOF, ITIL, CMMI, P3M3, Trillium Model).
- Identify and implement inventory IT metrics.
- Tracked, and perceived effectiveness.
- Inventory metric methodologies.
- Select and develop metric and process.
- Train and communicate metric. - Define metrics for tracking asset strategies and asset plans.
- Proven writing skills and the ability to present information in various forms such as textual, graphical and statistical.
- Ability to create Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, Power Point presentations, Visio flowcharts and MS Project input.
- Excellent communication skills including facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Agile Software Development methods and tools.
- Use Agile Modeling to model and document software-based systems.
