Corporate Sales Director

A Global leader in professional high-end 3D visualization, turning it into a process-changing key technology for its clients is currently hiring a Corporate Sales Director that would be based out of Royal Oak, Michigan. The Corporate Sales Director is responsible for all activities relating to profitable sales growth in the US by developing and supporting a high performing and professional sales team.

Job Description:

  • Create a pervasive sales culture that supports the management and achievement of sales objectives and corporate initiatives.
  • Establish and implement sales forecasts, budgets and objectives, ensuring they are well communicated and understood.
  • Monitor individual and team results through use of CRM platform- SalesForce.com
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the sales process through communication with all internal departments playing a key role in sales support including Marketing, Finance, Production, Professional Solutions Departments
  • Support and/or drive the sales process for large corporate and global accounts, partnering with the Strategic partners and other RTT Offices when needed.
  • Hire and train new Sales Directors as needed
  • Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Effectively handle escalated customer-related issues and problems in consultation with the Account Team and Production Departments
  • Build relationships with top accounts through regular meetings and consultations
  • Conduct regular presentations to Executive Management focused around sales results, the current situation, and future strategies.
  • Utilize training and development resources for ongoing education on products, markets, tools, and processes.
  • All other duties as may be assigned from time to time by management.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years interactive or agency/marketing services-related experience
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, technology
  • MBA or Masters Degree in Marketing/Communications a plus
  • Experience with major global brands
  • Prior consulting experience, crafting and leading POVs/analyses/plans
