Recovery Specialist at Grants Pass

Job Description

Shall manage a portfolio of defaulted student loan or tax accounts.
Shall locate individuals via telephone assessing their financial ability to pay account.
May qualify debtor/borrower for appropriate repayment program
Will negotiate terms and follow through to completion repayment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
Proven attention to detail skills.
Able to work independently and as a member of a team in accomplishing job functions and to meet deadlines.

Job Requirements

i.e sit/stand/ walk/ drive hrs/day
lift/carry/push/pull under and over 10lbs frequency (never, occasionally, frequently)
Repetitive use of right/left feet/hands
Keying frequency, handling, reaching, fine manipulation
Education and Experience: Possess high school diploma or possess a GED.
Must not have any Federal or State liens resulting from County, State or Federal tax issues.
Must not have any current defaulted student loans.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check; must not have any felony convictions or specific misdemeanors.
Have at least 24 months current related work experience in industries such as; debt collection, investigation skills, skip tracing, call center background, outside sales, loan servicing, finance, banking, or customer service experience.
Basic keyboarding skills is preferred.

Possess high school diploma or possess a GED
