The CRM Administrator is responsible for development and maintenance of the organizations CRM (Salesforce) system. This position provides customized solutions in Salesforce.com and associated systems that support business requirements and processes. Responsibilities include working with the Corporate Sales Leadership Team to provide ongoing support of sales and marketing programs. Additional responsibilities include providing CRM training to sales team, maintaining the SharePoint site, and sales campaign coordination.
Job Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-Perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and maintenance of the Salesforce.com CRM application.
-Responsible for maintaining the functional areas of data management, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, dashboards and reports etc.
-Provide day to day technical support and troubleshoot and resolve problems within the CRM applications.
-Execute account assignment/reassignment for sales team members for new and existing customer accounts.
-Maintain user set up by creating user profiles, setting permissions and assigning new users to Salesforce.com.
-Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates, and campaigns.
-Perform customization of CRM applications to fit the companys changing business needs.
-Monitor and evaluate new program features and application options.
-Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operations.
-Assist in updating the Corporate Sales departments SharePoint site.
-Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
-BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; or equivalent combination of experience, education.
-2+ years of experience administering and testing Salesforce.com and various business applications.
-Salesforce certification or ability to become Salesforce certified.
-Strong functional knowledge of the Salesforce data structure; understands how to leverage the tool to meet complex reporting requirements while enabling long term scalability.
-Demonstrated ability to provide instruction to audiences of varying technical backgrounds.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize simultaneous requests.
