Job Description

Seeking an energetic, detail oriented and hard working individual to support an administrative assistant capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, be able to balance a variety of tasks and take great pride in their work. The role will primarily be focused on administrative support for the investing team with some additional office manager duties as described below.Main Function/Responsibilities:Answering phones, prioritizing mail, filingMaintaining and updating appointment calendarOrganizing domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries for multiple travelersProcessing expense reportsComposing and typing routine memos, emails and meeting minutesOrdering office suppliesCoordinating with building management to maintain the office suiteUndertaking project and database workPlanning team social eventsExercising good judgment on all mattersRecommend improvements to office procedures or administrative processes to improve efficiency and/or to provide a cost-savings to the firmBasic Qualifications:Experience in an administrative assistant capacityProficient in MS Office, specifically Microsoft Outlook and ExcelStrong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with others with diplomacy and discretionAbility to work under pressure and with tight deadlines--someone who thrives in a fast-paced environmentWilling to take ownership of tasks and accountability for their completionAbility to prioritize and manage multiple/conflicting work priorities without getting flusteredExcellent attention to detailCustomer service attitude We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
