Job Classification: Contract Aerotek is currently seeking highly motivated, customer-service oriented professionals for our client in Salem, Oregon. This is for a call-center position and requires a great attitude and previous call center experience or equivalent customer service experience. Candidates MUST have positive customer-focused attitudes and must be capable of typing 40 words per minute. Candidates in this position will be working in a call center helping individuals navigate the Oregon Health Insurance Exchange. Duties may include and are not limited to: helping individuals set up personal profiles, assisting in selecting appropriate healthcare insurance plans, assisting customers to navigate general questions and inquiries related to the Oregon Health Insurance Exchange.Qualified candidates must have either a strong background in health insurance policy (billing, information services, policy review, etc) OR 2+ consecutive years in a call center environment. Candidates must have experience in detail-oriented, documentation-heavy work environments and must posses excellent customer service skills. Pay is competitive with industry standards and is based on experience.
