Providence is calling a full-time Registered Nurse – Supervisor for a day shift position at Providence Elderplace Irvington Village Nursing Services in Portland, OR.

In this position, you will:
Provide overall leadership and direction to clinic and community care nursing programs and staff, in the Health & Social Center(s).

Job Requirements

Required qualifications for this position include:
• Oregon RN License.
• Valid driver license.
• BLS (Health Care Provider level required).
• Five years of clinic and /or community nursing.

In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties. Fingerprinting may also be required.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:
• Two years of geriatric nursing.
• Minimum two years of nursing supervision.
• Nursing or nurse supervisor experience in a PACE model.
• Experience in managing a budget.

Our PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly)/ElderPlace model of care helps keep older adults as healthy as possible in the community by providing comprehensive health care and social services including: primary and specialty medical care, a day health program, nursing, therapy and social work services, rehabilitation, housing (if necessary) and much more.
