Implementation Manager - HealthSparq

The Implementation Manager will be responsible for getting customers up and running on
HealthSparqs online application and managing professional services projects from start to finish.

Minimum Requirements
Proven experience managing complex SaaS implementations.

Demonstrated experience in Health care focused web-based applications.

Strong written & verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated project management skills.

Good technical understanding and strong familiarity with web development and processes.

Ability to engage with all levels of an organization.

Ability to manage and interact with functional teams spanning clients, technical, product and
marketing teams.

Strong presentation, relationship building and public speaking skills.

The Implementation Manager, HealthSparq would have a Bachelors degree in Business, Technology or related field and a minimum of 5 -8 years of customer-facing project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
