 Requirements

Production & Manufacturing Worker Qualifications:

• Detail Oriented.


• Comfortable with repetitive motion positions.


• Good manual dexterity.


• 6 months of experience required.


• Most positions require lifting from 20-30 pounds, twisting, bending, etc.

Please Note:

• Must be able provide current work related professional references.


• Ability work full-time schedules and flexible in working different shifts. (Volt offers various shifts.)


• Roles will require candidates to pass & clear drug screen and criminal background check.


• High School Graduate or GED preferred.

Bonus Skills:

• Computer/Data Entry a plus.


• Math skills a plus.
