Contract Technical Service Representative at Portland

Location: Portland, OR 
 Nature of Engagement: Independent Contractor Technical Service Representative

Contract technical service representatives provide advanced educational and technical support in response to field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff for Sorin CRM products under an independent technical service representative contract. 
 RequirementsREQUIREMENTS:
  • 1+ years of technical service experience in the Cardiac Rhythm Management industry
  • is a high achieving, self-motivated driver
  • maintains solid physician relationships with a focus on exceptional service
  • is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses the highest level of integrity
  • is available for 24-hour on-call
  • is able to travel extensively
  • act as the interface between the medical community and the assigned regional office
  • provide support in response to field inquiries
  • provide technical support to the sales force to resolve product or service requests regarding engineering, technical or scientific issues
  • provide back-up support to field sales force in the following areas: Sales, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and new product in-service training to physicians, nurses and sales representatives
  • assist sales with product demonstrations to visiting physicians and sales personnel
  • remain current on developments in field(s) of expertise, regulatory requirements, and a general knowledge of the company’s products, markets, and objectives as well as industry trends
