AutoEnrollment Setup
- Create and manage AutoEnrollment "rules". Ex: Drive 2.0 is released. A curriculum for Service Advisors is created and includes ServiceEdge. A rule needs to be created that any Service Advisor with Drive 1.0 and ServiceEdge is assigned the curriculum upon user creation
- Configure AutoEnrollments at appropriate organization levels for catalogs and curriculums
- Assign, test and verify the user / member metadata is valid based on project requirements
- Test and troubleshoot enrollment rules when incorrect content is assigned
Implement Client Workspaces
- Create and administer client workspaces for client implementation projects or internal projects as
needed - Configure Modules, Portal Pages and Channels
Based on project requirements, configure modules, portal pages and channels - Work with Internal and External Clients to test configurations as needed
- Channels (collections of Portal Pages) will determine:
Controlling visible content by product (i.e., ADP Drive vs. Lightspeed) - Controlling visible content by language
- Decide when new Channels are necessary
LMS Setup / Maintenance
- Populate LMS with seed content; including documents, frequently asked questions, etc
- Setup and manage subject matter taxonomy for all content and members within LMS

- Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating condition.

- Examine and adjust protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices.
- Inspect and verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to factory specifications.
- Specialize in repairing and troubleshooting of major components such as engine, transmissions and differentials, to include replacing complete assemblies, turbochargers, fuel system components etc.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Vocational/Technical or certification preferred
- Specialized training and experience in the diagnosis/troubleshooting of major components (engines, transmissions, differentials), OEM training courses, ASE Certification, and 608/609 certifications preferred
- Proficiency in the use of all tools of trade (including welding equipment, diagnostic equipment, hand and power tools) required
- A valid drivers license is required
- Current CDL license with air brake certification preferred, willingness to acquire CDL if you do not have one.
- Basic computer skills preferred for data entry into maintenance systems.
- Ability to work in non-climate controlled conditions required
- Willingness to travel as necessary within the district (customers yards, close geographical area and training sites), work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required

JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and attain customer experience and sales objectives for store. Sell all products and services offered by the Company. Meet all sales objectives. Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders.
